College & Career Ministry

TRUE, our College & Career Ministry at Word of Life, gives young adults between the ages of 18 and 30, married or single, an opportunity to come together to build strong relationships and grow spiritually. God uses people to touch the world, and we believe in empowering His people with the Word to change their world. Director of C&C—Brandon Ball    

Brandon Ball serves as College & Career Director. A graduate of Tennessee Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Brandon attended Rhema Bible Training Center, graduating in 2000. He is a licensed minister through Rhema Ministerial Association International.

Abbe Ball also graduated from Rhema in 2001, and was part of the Rhema Singers, traveling and singing with Kenneth Hagin Ministries Crusade team for over two years. She currently assists her husband with College & Career, as well as serving in music ministry. Abbe is a native of Birmingham and, except for the years she was at Rhema, has attended Word of Life Christian Center since the church began in 1982.

Brandon and Abbe were married in 2001. Together, they have been serving at Word of Life since returning to Birmingham. They are the parents of twins, son Camden and daughter Kensington.
